Homeland Security Undergraduate Certificate
The homeland security undergraduate certificate provides you with the skills and credentials necessary to navigate local criminal justice and national security issues such as organized crime, gang activity and more. The United States Department of Homeland Security is tasked with securing American interests and protecting our nation. In this homeland security certificate program, you’ll learn about domestic and international terrorism, cyber terrorism and specialized crime topics. This program gives students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in criminology and criminal justice program additional coursework focused on homeland security topics. However, students enrolled in any major may apply to the certificate.
