Information and Computer Security

This course is based on IAEA guidance documents and provides an introduction to the basic principles of information and computer security for nuclear security practitioners. It examines how information security and computer security is used in the process of securing nuclear and other radioactive material, as well as the ways Member States have to secure systems such as these against an attack. The audience for this course is intended to include participants of face-to-face training and other human resource development activities implemented by the IAEA and its Member-States as well as interested nuclear facility personnel and the public.
